It may not be the end of the road for Winston Peters, in trying to get justice for the pre-2017 election leak of his superannuation details.

The Court of Appeal has refused to hear further evidence in the case taken against two public service chief executives.

The former Deputy Prime Minister's now been ordered to pay some of the court costs for one of the people involved. Winston Peters told Mike Hosking we're on the way to being a banana republic with this judgement of law.

“I’m gonna take my time and consider the further courses of action I’ve got. I know it’s expensive, but it always has been expensive.”
