The Russian Olympic Committee sit fifth with 12 golds and 44 medals in total, despite the country being supposedly banned for systemic doping.
United States Anti-Doping Agency boss Travis Tygart questioned their involvement in the Olympics with Mike Hosking.
"There's no question about what has happened and there's very little evidence that any change has occured and that's what's so disappointing. Tygart says their involvement deserves scrutiny.
