It includes paying an extra bond of two weeks rent to cover potential damage. Â
Property Investors' Federation president Sue Harrison told Mike Hosking that the changes have to go through a Select Committee and won't be in place until the end of next year.Â
She says it's a slow process, and this change alone isn't a game changer but more properties in the marketplace will be.Â
