Sir Mark Todd is on track to win a sixth Olympic medal in his remarkable eighth Olympics.
Todd has risen to fourth in the equestrian three day event in the individual standings with New Zealand second in the team's event behind Australia.
Todd told Mike Hosking they're in pretty good shape heading into tomorrow's showjumping.
He said they've gone from sixth after the dressage into the silver medal position and he's fourth and the horses have come through the cross country in good order.
Clarke Johnstone is tied for 7th with Jonelle Price 13th.
