Russell Brand is one of the globe's most recognised comedians.

He became famous for his outlandish behaviour before he moved into political activism.

Now, Brand has become an advocate for health and drug rehab. He's bringing his Recovery Tour to New Zealand, with shows in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

Brand joined Mike Hosking to discuss his life story, what inspired his new mission, his views on coronavirus and the panic around it, and the death of TV host Caroline Flack and whether anything will change.
