There is speculation over how much involvement the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will have as members of the Royal Family.
Senior royals have emerged from a crisis meeting at Sandringham to work out a path forward for Harry and Meghan.
In a statement, the Queen says her family supports the couple's decision to create a new life, but would have preferred them to remain working members of the Royal Family.
UK correspondent Rod Liddle told Tim Dower the finer details still need to worked out.
"They need to discuss how much money they receive from tax payers, and how far they are going to be separated from the family."
Liddle says people have been vocal with their views about the royal couple.
"Those on the political left have been sticking up for Harry and Meghan, but the majority really have had enough of them.
