Frustration for the tourism industry over the government's failure to lock in a date for the Cook Islands travel bubble.

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern says officials are working to arrange two-way travel in the first quarter of next year.

Galloway says it can take months for hotels to hire staff and order supplies from overseas, and the lack of a clear timeline is causing problems.
