Labour says New Zealand has no place in the fight against Houthi rebels. Â
Six personnel are being deployed to the Red Sea to support coalition airstrikes against the group, who have been attacking commercial shipping. Â

He told Tim Dower that National should follow Helen Clark's example, and not support this latest venture. Â
On the other hand, National’s Mark Mitchell said that it’d be wrong to bury our heads in the sand and say it doesn’t impact us.Â
He said that the Houthi attacks on shipping lines has a big impact on New Zealand, and the Government has been clear that we have to support our partners in the US and UK.Â
