Stuart Nash says the parliamentary vote on the issue is likely to be a conscience one - and he'll vote the way his conscience dictates.

He told Mike Hosking he hasn't yet fully made up his mind yet and will do that after looking at all the evidence but he says he would probably vote for the decriminalisation of marijuana.
