Time to meet a Kiwi chef who's quickly becoming a household name around the world.  

Monica Galetti was born in Samoa, raised in New Zealand and moved to London at the age of 23.  

Since then - she's climbed the ranks of professional chefs - and opened her own restaurant, Mere.  

It  has become one of London's top ten restaurants.  

Adding to all of that is her fame - she's been a judge on MasterChef: The Professionals and Amazing Hotel for years.  

Now she's back with her new cookbook At Home.
