The Australian Government has announced a $35 billion deficit in their 2015/ 2016 budget, with expectations of that falling to $7 billion by 2017/2018. It's the second budget delivered by Treasurer Joe Hockey, their first wasn't warmly received. This time he pledges $5.5 billion to small business and looks at decreasing the input the mining industry has to the economy from 45 percent to 16 percent over three years.
