There are plenty of positive signs in how New Zealand is tracking with Covid 19.
The combined total of confirmed and probable cases in New Zealand since the pandemic began is 1210.
However, only two percent of cases are community transmission, with most cases still related to clusters or overseas travel.
Otago University epidemiologist Michael Baker told Mike Hosking we're also testing enough people to be positive about the numbers.
He says there's an encouraging number of tests, about 3000 per day.
