INEOS Team UK skipper Sir Ben Ainslie is irritated his team runs the risk of being disqualified from a race in the Prada Cup final for a rules infraction that isn't performance enhancing.

Luna Rossa complained about the British team's mainsail configuration ahead of the round robin racing, and the measurement committee ruled there was a breach and fined INEOS seven thousand dollars.

However it's emerged they have been placed on a yellow card and any further breach will result in a disqualification.

Ainslie plans to address the issue at a Challengers meeting this week.

Former New Zealand and World Champion sailor Mark Orams told Mike Hosking that he does not think the complaint is going to go anywhere.

He also weighed in on why INEOS has done so well in the race so far.
