The bloody reign of Filipino president Rodrigo Duterte appears to be having a massive impact on the country's drug war.
Since he won power in July, there have been more than 3000 deaths attributed to his brutal regime.
Mr Duterte is declaring it a success, claiming the supply of drugs is down 90 percent.
However, Reuters correspondent Manuel Mogato told Mike Hosking it's hard to find evidence the drug supply has gone down, even while the body count is rising.
"He's saying it is a success because the crime rate has gone down, but the murder rate is going up, so I don't know if you call that success."
