But Patient Voice Aotearoa chair Malcolm Mulholland told Mike Hosking he is confident the Government could make it work.
“We seem to have a bit of money floating around at the moment with Covid. They seem to be printing money left right and centre. It’s also about prioritising life, while they are big numbers; this is about patients at the end of the day.”
