The leaders of a review into the country's spy agencies have been given a timeframe of nine months to complete the inquiry. Former Labour Deputy Prime Minister Sir Michael Cullen and lawyer Dame Patsy Reddy have been tasked with heading the review. It will look at laws pertaining to the SIS and the GCSB are fit for purpose and protect the rights of individuals. It'll get underway next month. But will it go far enough and are the leaders the right people for the job? Former Green MP Keith Locke is with me now.
