Over the past few months headlines of an over inflated property markets both here and in Australia have taken over headlines, but new report has shown we're not doing too bad when compared overseas. According to the Knight Frank Global House Price Index house prices in the Chinese region have soared by 18.7 percent. Meanwhile, New Zealand is sitting at just 9.5 percent and Australia at 6.8. We constantly talk about how unaffordable Auckland's house prices are, but we're ranked at number nine for least affordable housing with both Sydney and Melbourne trumping us at third and sixth place.
