Good news for some parts of the country, and bad news for others.

The Government has revealed the whole country will move to the traffic light system when Auckland does in early December.

Auckland's border will then open to anyone who's fully vaccinated or has returned a negative test, from December 15.

“We were hoping they’d signal a date, they have, because that enables businesses to  get geared up employers to find folk et cetera. Our economy certainly needs a shot in the arm.”
