A rather watered-down Queen's Speech, outlining the British government's legislative agenda.

Political commentator Iain Dale told Mike Hosking the speech and ceremony would have sounded much different, had Theresa May done better in the elections.

"This was a Queen's speech designed just to do the bare minimum, to introduce bills that even the opposition might be able to support."
