When it comes to infrastructure in New Zealand, one problem has always been a shortage of labour.

Multiple reports and industry experts have spoken of how  tens of thousands of workers will be needed, especially now to get through the government's $68 billion worth of work.

As a solution, the industry has launched "BuildNZ Now" - it's being billed as a one stop shop where all of our construction projects can be displayed so we know what jobs are needed where right across the country.

Hamish Price is the director at HainesAttract and spokesman for BuildNZ Now. He joined Mike Hosking to talk about the country's labour shortage in the building industry, and how this new option will improve things.
