It's unclear how Austria will enforce its new lockdown for unvaccinated people. 

The European country has banned unvaccinated people from leaving their home for 10 days, except for limited reasons like attending work or buying food. 

But Reuters Correspondent Francois Murphy told Mike Hosking  it will only be enforced with spot checks. 

“It’s very hard for police officer who stops an unvaccinated person to tell whether this person really is on their way to work or from some other activity that’s allowed under this lockdown.”
