Many people are ignoring the call to evacuate from America's east coast, ahead of Hurricane Florence.
The devastating storm is due to make landfall in North Carolina tonight, and about 1.5 million people have been ordered to evacuate from their homes.
CBS 46 reporter Ella Dorsey is in Wilmington, North Carolina, and told Mike Hosking half of people are staying put.
"The ones that have stayed, many of them are young men and they want help with the aftermath of the hurricane."
