A new online service hopes to put an end to spending hours in a doctor's waiting room.
SwiftMed allows people to make appointments online and have a one-on-one consultation with a doctor via video.
Prescriptions can be sent to any pharmacy in New Zealand, or medicines can be delivered to their home.
