Sleep plays a key part in maintaining good overall health and reducing stress.

Nutritional biochemist Libby Weaver told Mike Hosking a regular getup time is critical to improving sleep patterns.

She says exposing your eyes to sunlight early in the morning decreases melatonin and provides a surge in serotonin.
