Disney is taking a massive gamble, to become the most powerful entertainment company in the world.
It's acquired Rupert Murdoch's 21st Century Fox for $71 billion, in one of the biggest business deals in Hollywood history.
The deal gives it full control of franchises like The Simpsons, X-Men and Modern Family.
But Wall Street Journal reporter, Joe Flint, told Mike Hosking it's come at a very high price.
"I think if we gave some truth serum to the people at Disney they might acknowledge that they are paying more than they would like to for these assets."
