All Blacks hooker Dane Coles joins Mike Hosking to preview Saturday's Rugby Championship match between the All Blacks and the Springboks in Wellington.
It is New Zealand's second match of the tournament, having beaten Argentina 20-16 in Buenos Aires in their first match, in what was an error-ridden performance.
Coles will come off the bench after starting last week.
He says if they come away victorious, it will give them a big psychological boost given South Africa are their first opponent at this year's Rugby World Cup in Japan.
"If we get the performance done we can take a lot of confidence and I'm sure they'll be looking to do the same."
