A Hastings District Council member is playing down risks along the walk to Cape Kidnappers.
The walk's been closed since January, when a major landslide injured two tourists.
It was to re-open in April, but that was delayed by more slips until Wednesday, when again - there was another rockfall.
Councillor Ann Redstone told Mike Hosking the walk remains open, there are plenty of warning signs, and she'd happily go along it.
She says nothing's changed since January, except for how the walk exists in the eyes of health and safety.
