Chris Hipkins says the Government will have more to say next week on whether teachers and healthcare workers will need to be vaccinated.
There could be further discussions, on whether vaccinations should be mandatory for domestic travel.
The Covid-19 Response Minister told Mike Yardley there's also a chance restrictions could be further eased in Auckland, on step 2 of the Government's new roadmap.
"I never want to get ahead of these things. It's going to depend a lot on what we see over the next week, there is certainly a chance but I wouldn't want to give you a degree of odds on it."
