There may not be a more famous astronaut in the modern era than Chris Hadfield. Â
The Canadian first became a fighter pilot in the late 1970s, but had his sights higher. Â
Hadfield completed his first space mission in 1995 and eventually became the commander of the International Space Station. Â
He became a household name by chronicling life in space on social media, and recording and releasing the first album from space. Â
Now he's turning his attention to writing, with his debut novel The Apollo Murders out now. Â
Chris Hadfield joined Mike Hosking.Â
