Auckland Airport is considering an offer of fixed rate bonds maturing in November of 2029.Â
The bonds would be offered to retail and institutional investors.Â
Board of Airline Representatives New Zealand Executive Director, Cath O’Brien, told Mike Hosking that it makes sense that they would need to raise some capital.Â
Their plan requires $2.5 billion to 2027 and then another $3.4 billion to 2032, which O’Brien said is a lot that they’ll need to find the spare change to fund.Â
