There are concerns some health advice dished out by social media influencers is dangerous.
Royal College of GPs medical director Bryan Betty says people following the advice is putting pressure on the health sector.
One of the latest bits of advice to pop up is around "dry fasting" - a claim that you don't need to drink water.
Betty told Mike Hosking there's a balance - he has no problem giving advice about a vegan diet.
"But the suggestion that if he does 12 pushups at midnight he'll cure cancer is illogical, not rational and wastes time."
