The Labour Party is promising to do the right thing by the complainants, with its inquiries into the sexual assault allegation scandal.
It's been announced Maria Dew QC will focus on the complaints and an independent, third party will look into whether Labour acted appropriately.
The terms of reference will be kept secret at the request of the complainants.
Newstalk ZB's political editor Barry Soper told Mike Hosking Jacinda Ardern is keen to keep the debate out of the public arena.
He says if it wasn't debated in the public arena in the first place, the complainants would've never had a platform.
