An Australian MP thinks festivals should have high-tech medical facilities before introducing pill testing.
The country is debating the issue after a coroner suggested testing was needed at events.
It's something the Labour Party here also wants, but New Zealand First and National oppose it.
Queensland MP Andrew Laming told Mike Hosking the only way to eliminate deaths is to have ICU facilities on site.
"There should be a $50 cost added to a ticket to cover the cost, and it would send a very clear signal to drug-takers."
