It's mental health awareness week in New Zealand, and Matt and Tyler are joined by author Harry Averill as he shares his own mental health battles.

Averill suffered from Anorexia as a teenager, and his book 'Hungry to be Happy' details his struggle to fight a mental battle.

Averill told Matt and Tyler that it started as a, 'chain of all these misinterpretations' which spiralled into Anorexia.
