Who would have thought one phone call could have sparked such a serious discussion?
Last night, Marcus Lush took a call from one listener asking when the Coronation Street episodes that air in the afternoon will catch up with the episodes that air at night.
For a reminder: last year, TVNZ 1 skipped ahead 18 months so that New Zealand would be just one week behind the UK. The episodes that had been airing in the evenings moved to the afternoons, giving audiences two different timelines.
Those afternoon episodes have slowly been catching up, but fans are wondering when exactly the two timelines will become one again.
It prompted a very vigorous discussion - featuring a lot of mathematics - but did anyone work out an answer?
