Report finds urgent need to strengthen science teaching in schools

Educators are being urged to breathe life into science studies.

Only 20 per cent of Year Eight students are up to scratch on science, and high schoolers are falling behind.

That's the find from the Education Review Office, which is calling for changes to strengthen science studies.
