"Kudos to the Prime Minister for making this decision."

That is the reaction of Heather du Plessis-Allan to the alert level two announcement.

Alert Level 2 will come into force this Thursday.  Retail shopping malls will be allowed to operate, along with cafes, restaurants and cinemas. Schools will open next Monday, but pubs have to wait until Thursday next week.
