Rosemary Omar, mother of Tariq Omar who was killed in the Christchurch mosque attacks, joins Mike Yardley to talk about the lack of action from Victim Support since the attacks on March 15.

More than 10 million dollars was donated to the organisation to go to victims of the mosque attacks.

So far only three million has been paid out, and victims' families say they feel forgotten.

Omar says her interactions with the Victim Support case manager have been great, but the same cannot be said for an injection of money for victim's families.

In a Q and A put together by Victim Support, they say they have distributed three million dollars via two lump sums payments of 15 thousand dollars to the families of each deceased person, as well as two payments of five thousand and eight thousand dollars to hospitalised victims.

Omar says it does not make sense Victim Support are holding onto funds.
