Struggle with finding the perfect gift for a teenager these holidays? A new site is hoping to fix that problem.

13-year-old Auckland students Toby Downs and Tataiarangi Baker are the brains behind a new e-commerce website, which is about making sure parents don't buy their kids presents they don't want.

Called ‘Gifteen’, the duo and their friends find products online and write reviews of them on the site, as a way of nudging parents towards gifts their children may actually want.

They will also be donating 25 per cent of profits to Canteen.
