The NZ Defence Force won't be going to Anzac Day services this year to lessen the risk of catching Covid and spreading the virus to veterans.

They’ve instructed personnel to stick to commemorations at bases and camps.

Labour has rejected a call for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade to appear at the Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade Committee.

National MP Todd McClay says the Labour Government have abused its power by blocking their request for MFAT to appear before the select committee to answer questions on the New Zealand-United Kingdom Free Trade Agreement.

The Auditor-General has come out with a criticism of the Strategic Tourism Assets Protection Programme, which happened after the tourism industry shut down due to the pandemic.

They have found questionable processes and ministers can't properly explain their funding decisions.

More details have been revealed about Will Smith's slap to Chris Rock at the Academy Awards.

It's been revealed that the Academy had asked Smith to leave in the 45 minutes in between the slap and the awarding of his Oscar for Best Actor, but he refused.
