The Act Party's leader has labelled the 2021 Budget the "la la budget".
David Seymour says the Government must have been in la la land and unaware of its circumstances when it created the budget.
He says Labour has the benefit of record low interest rates, an official cash rate of 0.25 per cent and booming milk export prices.

The two joined The Huddle with Heather du Plessis-Allan to discuss the highs, lows and everything in between in the Budget.
