Courts will continue to provide justice, regardless of vaccination status. 

A number of lawyers have raised concerns about how jurors, defendants and witnesses won't need to be vaccinated or provide a negative Covid test. 

Jury trials, which have been suspended across the country since August, restart next month. 

Auckland barrister Steve Cullen told Heather Du Plessis-Allan those lawyers are overreacting.
