Jacinda Ardern has given Australia seven days to prove an economic case to get permission to enter New Zealand and play in the Bledisloe Cup.

The All Blacks are scheduled to host the Wallabies at Eden Park on August 7 in the opening Bledisloe with two tests supposed to follow in Perth and Wellington next month.

Christchurch will reduce the capacity of their new indoor stadium.

There’s an argument to be made that by making it smaller, it’s better than seeing the empty seats at bigger stadiums like Eden Park and Sky Stadium.

Australia and New Zealand pulled out of the Rugby League World Cup for this year.

The response was met with the English calling them cowardly and selfish.
