New Zealand had a successful day for rowing at the Olympics.

Emma Twigg took home gold in the women’s single sculls, whilst the men’s eight won gold and women’s eight won silver.

It was also eventful in the gymnastics after one of the world’s biggest stars pulled out.

US gymnast Simone Biles pulled out of the Olympics over mental health issues.

Petrochemical company INEOS joined the All Blacks on a six year deal, which was criticised by Greenpeace.

Phil Gifford and Bernadine Oliver-Kirby joined Heather du Plessis-Allan to discuss the week's sports news.
