A man who broke up a boy racer meet in Huntly last Friday night with a loader is unlikely to face any criminal charges.
Witnesses allege the man drove the loader out of a nearby contracting yard and tried to use the scoop to move at least one of the cars.
Police say they've spoken to several witnesses - but are yet to receive a formal complaint.
