An immigration lawyer is offering up ways to boost vaccination among migrants.

Pacific Legal's Richard Small told Andrew Dickens we should only give visas to double-vaxxed people and offer an amnesty to any fully vaccinated overstayers.

He says it would boost immunity in hard to reach communities, particularly with 165,000 new residents expected next year.

“PM says, and Dr Bloomfield, we can’t leave any stone unturned. Well here’s a stone that hasn’t been turned.”
