Concerns parents won't want to be on school boards anymore.
Worksafe is charging a school board over the drowning death of a 17 year while on a school trip.
John Paul College Principal, Patrick Walsh, told Heather du Plessis-Allan it's already hard enough to recruit parents.
“People are busy, they’ve have got to commit to at least two meetings a month. And then, with this legislation if they are feeling that they are going to be prosecuted, then that is something they will say, well, really, am I up for it?”
