There is disappointment from officials over how long an MIQ worker with Covid-19 went without a test.
Officials have admitted the Grand Millennium security guard also known as Case B, wasn't tested for six months.
The person was supposed to be tested fortnightly.
However, the security guard's employer, First Security, says the Health Ministry's system only picked up he hadn't had a test since November on March 26.
Joint Head of Managed Isolation and Quarantine facilities Megan Main told Heather du Plessis-Allan it remains unclear whether the worker lied to their employer about receiving tests.
"He told his employer he was getting tested, and our testing register doesn't match that, and that's what he have to get to the bottom of in a proper investigation."
She says that she is very disappointed that this happened, and this case is not up to expectations.Â
Main says that the testing register catches all the tests that border workers are taking.Â
