Passengers aboard the Diamond Princess cruise ship have 10 more days of coronavirus isolation ahead of them.
The vessel's anchored off Yokohama, near Tokyo, after 61 passengers, including one Kiwi, tested positive for the virus.Â
Californian holidaymaker Matthew Smith isn't too worried about being confined to his room as it has a balcony.Â
He told Heather du Plessis-Allan staff have been making efforts to get interior cabin passengers outside.
"They give them an hour-and-a-half at a time to go outside and get some fresh air.
"The instructions are not to congregate in large groups, and maintain a metres distance from other people."
