Fully vaxxed Kiwi's coming back from overseas will no longer need to isolate from Thursday.  

And step 2 – where all New Zealanders can arrive from anywhere – has been bought forward eight days, and will now start on Saturday.  

All travellers must take a test before they leave, on arrival, and on day 5.  

Cabinet will consider soon whether the rest of the border reopening plan should be brought forward... But whenever it may be, self-isolation is out.
